Having had a brief "sojourn" in the USA, and having appeared as a model in magazines worldwide, it comes as no surprise to announce that Sophie related items have appeared not just in the UK but overseas - where they way in which they are packaged differs. Look around the rest of this site and you will see various different editions of Sophie's books, in different covers, from different territories. And not just that, but sometimes, things appear overseas that you can't even get in the UK. Did you know you can get Sophie's cookery show on DVD in Australia (Fremantle Media, R-111143-9)? Just look at this:

"The Secret Garden". US edition of reissue, with Sophie penned intro.
"Mad Cows". German DVD, different cover to UK version.
"People I Know". US DVD, alternate cover to UK edition.
"Stories Of Lost Souls". DVD used on German/Swiss and possibly other Euro editions. Never officially released in UK.
"People I Know" Spanish DVD. Variant cover again, but still no Sophie on the front.
"Nightingale Wood" reissue from USA. Sophie intro, different cover to UK one again.
"Bindi". Elsewhere on this site, I mention another Indian Jewellery book, which features a Sophie picture when she "did" this fashion statement for about an hour in the 90's. Here's another book she features in, from the USA.
German version of "The Secret Garden" - same cover as UK one, but with translated title.
Australian "Truth Or Dare", with revamped front cover.
Dutch "Voluptuous Delights".
German "From Season To Season", using US cover but UK title. Info correct as at 1.1.2012 !!
Another "Mad Cows" variant, I think this is similar to the US DVD cover, although look closely and you will see French text!
"Playing With The Grown Ups" German repressing. Translated title, same cover as UK reissue.
